You will be responsible for delivering high quality services, assist with defining as well as identifying continuous improvements of service definitions, work-flow processes and appropriate on boarding and support of delivery specialists.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing contract decrement requests through premier billing tools.
- Closing requests and sending completion emails.
- Managing SKU swaps
- Carrying out regular reviews to ensure the processes are being followed and verify the
quality of deliverables.
- Ensuring services are delivered to agreed SLAs.
- Previous experience with workflows
- Admin experience
- Strong understanding of support and customer service delivery
