Our client is looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to work with the Service Delivery Manager, providing oversight and reviewing the supplier performance for their outsourced IT service.
You will be escalating complaints and incidents whilst also coordinating their resolution. You will also take responsibility for the review of IT hardware supplier lists and for some IT procurement.
Your background will be in IT Service Delivery - or possibly you will have worked in a 1st line or 2nd line role - and then moved into more of a Service Delivery role - so you will have some knowledge of incident management plus good working knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.
