Enterprise & Top Accounts Marketing brings together account intelligence, thought leadership content, and executive engagement programs to build RELATIONSHIP with Enterprise top accounts in the UK, and ultimately expand SHARE OF WALLET.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
You will make a significant contribution to achieve the business goals for the UK through:
·Develop, implement and execute programs that align with Enterprise Sales Strategy
·Assist team with B2B Go To Market strategies and program management (e.g. direct engagement and enablement, marketing communication)
·Plan and execute Relationship Marketing Programs and events (CxO, Top Accounts)
·Field marketing activities e.g. events, telemarketing, digital campaigns, etc
·Align with Sales Stakeholders to coordinate programs and projects to support sales initiatives
·Plans and supports execution of Dell Technologies led demand generation activities that meet required ROI in specific territory
·Support of multiple tasks around budget management and Vendor Funding
·Interact with stakeholders to assist them in implementing marketing programs and activities around Dell Technologies solutions
·Support of planning & reviews : Pipeline, Business Reviews, Lead tracking, etc
·Compilation of BI / market share analysis to support focus
Key requirements
·Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, with a special focus on Relationship Marketing
·Fluent in English advanced, written and spoken
·Strong ability to influence, excellent presentation and executive communication skills
·Excellent project management ability, coordinating numerous projects
·In depth knowledge of Enterprise marketing strategy, programs and marketing-sales integration
Additional requirements
·Ability to manage cross-functional teams/work groups
·Excellent analytical skills and financial understanding
·Ability to think creatively and innovatively
·Excellent understanding of long term market trend and customer's business performance and strategic objectives
·10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree or equivalent experience
