This role will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers delivering end user services, driving service improvements and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting priorities as agreed with the account delivery team and ensuring that contractual SLAs are met.
Duties will include:
Managing call queues, team priorities and escalations
Work with other teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems
Identification of service improvements
Documenting improved processes
