I am currently partnering with a Global consultancy who are recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join an existing team on an initial 6 month contract in London.
Duties will include:
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis, fixing or escalating where necessary
Install and configure new IT equipment (including printers etc)
Complete all documentation as required
