Responsibilities will include:
*Identify, establish and evolve agile ways of working and metrics to suit a team's delivery such as stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and show-and-tells.
*Facilitate activities to build the team's ability to self-organise and continuously improve.
*Highlight processes within the business that do not support agile delivery and work with the wider organisation to transform these.
*Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
*Coaching delivery team members and business stakeholders to understand Agile values, principles and practices.
*Transform the product owner's vision into an achievable delivery plan for your team, allowing for regular feedback loops, frequent iterations and evidence-based change.
*Ensure the team is clear about the highest value priorities for the business and their customers and that the team are focused on achieving these.
*Find the best way to internally communicate team progress in delivering value with the context of time, scope and cost and any important risks or issues.
*Identify the relevant roles within the team needed to deliver its priorities.
*Proven agile delivery experience in a large scale, multi-platform systems environment
*People management and team building skills
*Experience focusing on delivery values and effective ways of working
*Confident facilitation of small to medium sized groups
