Duties will include:
Basic hardware and software problem diagnosis
Replacement of faulty computer components (inc desktops/laptops/monitors)
Stock management
Physical installation of PC hardware
Documentation
Skills/Experience:
Excellent stakeholder management/customer service skills
Experience of diagnosis tools and processes
General infrastructure understanding (networks, servers, AD etc)
In depth experience of Windows operating systems including Windows 7 operation and configuration.
