A global Payments company based in Hertfodshire has the opportunity for a Teradata Systems Support Analyst.This role will be within the DBA Team responsible for the support of Project and Production Teradata systems. The team deliver an outstanding level of support, ensuring the client's systems meet or exceed defined SLAs. This role will include liaison with other technical areas. The role will include 24/7 remote support.
Knowledge, skills and experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in a demanding, high availability environment demonstrating production level support, troubleshooting and back up and recovery of Teradata.
