The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Senior Quality Assurance role, and knowledge of Automotive technology and product development. As well as experience with utilising Lean Manufacturing and 8D methodologies. You will also be required to have a range of knowledge on quality systems, quality tool and techniques. You need a multitude of experience with manufacturing processes and components deployed in batteries.
Duties will include:
General Supplier Quality Assurance duties
Coaching and supervising the team
Audits
Liaising with supplier to resolve issues with parts
Part approval
Managing product and process change
Liaising with various teams to achieve parts which are cost effective, and fit for purpose.
Management of Supplier Quality performance and implement improvement activities.
Reporting
Continuously contribute to improvements by developing and introducing new quality focused processes and producers.
