I am currently partnering with a Client who are looking recruiting for a Scrum Master to be based in Dundee on an initial 6 month contract.
Duties will include:
Manage and coordinate work between local and off-shore scrum teams
Providing guidance on Agile/Scrum to meet deliverables
Maintaining continuous alignment of program or project scope with business goals
Providing feedback and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the common and local team processes
Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to the Product Increment/Cadence commitments
Supporting & educating the Product Manager, Product Owner and other stakeholders especially with respect to reviewing and maintaining the product backlog
Other duties as appropriate
Skills/Experience:
Proven track record working as a Scrum Master for a software development team that diligently apply Scrum principles, practices and theory
Experience with Agile techniques including: User stories, ATDD/TDD, CI, CT & Automated testing
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
