To ensure the successful delivery of new systems and new ways of working, a global Pharmaceutical company based in Surrey, requires a Training Team member to develop additional training materials. The purpose of the role is to develop training materials as detailed in the EMEA Training Curriculum
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with EMEA Training Lead to develop EMEA specific training materials
* Scope includes Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes but excludes HR
* Highly regulated environment
* Training will be a mix of instructor led training (classroom and Skype sessions), web based training and performance support materials (system simulations and job aids)
* All materials will be developed in English but at a level that is suitable for translation
* Localise material developed by the global team to reflect EMEA customisations and develop new materials if needed
* Deliver/Support Train the Trainer sessions and UAT training where required
* Deliver End User Training where required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
* At least 4 years' experience of training development and delivery
* Proven ability to work with large project teams across multiple global locations
* Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
* Understanding of cultural differences and their impact on training delivery
* Ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines.
* Good time management skills
