- Developing new projects and features as well as supporting existing solutions which includes but is not limited to:
o Service Cloud on topics such as lightning experience, knowledge base, live agent, the customer community and integrations with internal systems
o Sales Cloud on topics such as improvement of our end-to-end customer management
- Closely following and resolving production incidents and supporting our end-users
- Improving our day-to-day work quality and SF/SC release management processes and procedures
Your skills:
You have a proven experience of at least 2 years as a Salesforce developer. This experience covers a.o. following technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of Apex
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Working experience with AngularJS or a similar framework
- Good understanding of the out-of-the-box Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Knowing when to code and when to use point-and-click solutions
- Experience with GIT or a similar versioning system
- Communicative (both within the team and cross-departmental) and having a team attitude
- Experience with Lightning development is a plus
- Experience with Pardot is a plus
Your Profile:
· You have a proven experience of at least 2 years as a SF/SC developer
· Good problem solving skills and analytical mind-set
· You're fast and eager learner
· Languages : English (very good in reading, writing, speaking) is a must
· Experience in a Wholesale environment is a plus
