This Sales Operations position is responsible for leading, creating, streamlining and orchestrating processes and assisting the team in the execution of the following areas:
- Development of highly scaled and efficient operational services and support
- Execution of core sales operational processes to support customer and partner
opportunities
- Driving enhancements to their core digital selling tools such as OCP CRM, Power BI and
Excel
- Providing business analytics and actionable insights that help the business make decisions
- Working with partners and internal sales teams to manage deal queries and escalations
Skills required:
- 2-5 years related experience
- Strong communication skills to liaise with partners, customers and internal stakeholders
- Data analysis or sales operations/business operations experience
