The scope of work is as follows:
1. Project risk reporting
- Develop and syndicate a project plan to integrate the project risk reporting
2. Cloud control framework
- Develop and syndicate a project plan to extend the existing draft control framework (focusing on security risk) to integrate controls on all material risks for the usage of cloud technology
- Support with risk and control identification and evaluation -
- Review commercial frameworks and regulatory guidance to ensure completeness of the developed cont rol framework 3d. Establish an implementation plan
3. Support the CRO Office with ongoing risk assessments
