Your role will be to provide Senior Level Network Support - resolving complex Network / Systems incidents and implementing customer service requests on a broad range of Network technologies - predominantly Cisco - but also Juniper equipment plus Firewalls: Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Juniper, and F5 Load Balancing and DNS architecture knowledge, and you will have supported large LAN networks. You'll also have extensive Routing protocol knowledge, have worked in an ITIL environment, and have strong Network Management and Trouble-shooting experience.
Your background will be Level 3 Network Support in an Enterprise Organisation - or NOC and you'll have a minimum of CCNP certification (or JNCIS).
