Due to promotion and expansion we are looking for an additional person to join our IT team as a Helpdesk Analyst providing 1st line support at our European head office. You will be providing 1st line support for around 160 users across 3 countries. It is a varied role and you will be investigating and fixing issues and escalating where needed. It is a hands-on role giving you an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and you will be part of a small team who will be happy to support and help you. You will need some helpdesk experience, a strong interest in IT and excellent customer service skills. You will be working in light, modern air-conditioned offices in the town centre and close to train and bus station.
