Responsibilities:

·Understanding business needs
·Managing candidate pipeline

·Present candidates to hiring managers
·Manage candidate relationships
·Identify key talent risk areas
Requirements:
·Proven track record working in house or agency recruitment.
·Ability to source candidates by direct sourcing
·Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
·Experience using ATS Systems
