    My client a global technology company are looking for a Field Engineer who specialises in Skype for Business on an initial 8 month contract.

    Duties Include:
    ·Provide guidance to customers through webinars
    ·Assist customers with trouble shooting and resolving problems
    ·Travel to customer sites may be required.
    ·Create and deliver presentations and training
    ·Continuously learn new technologies
    ·Design, Implement and manage Skype for business.

    Skills required:

    ·A strong knowledge of Office 365 Skype for business
    ·Face to face customer service skills
    ·Previous experience of migration from previous versions or third party systems.
    ·Experience with troubleshooting
    ·Experience of disaster recovery
