We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representation to join their Customer Service Team on a an initial 12 month contract, based in Loughborough.
You will need previous experience with using SAP/Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing service and support for a wide range of products

Providing highest levels of customer service

Resolving quires in a timely manner.

Processing orders

Preparing customer correspondence

Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
