Account Manager

Location: Brussels

VOLT is seeking a motivated Account Manager to start in our office in Brussels. If sales and human contact, hunger for success and being part of an international team is what drives you then, you are in the right place. We will help you to orient and shape up your career in a timely manner while being operational and executing hands-on tasks.

Your part of the deal:
*Maintaining strong relationship with our existing clients in the Brussels and Walloon region
*Developing and reinforcing relationship with sleeping accounts
*Maximising incoming requests from existing clients
*Proactively search for new opportunities for collaboration with potential clients
*Sourcing candidates on job boards(LinkedIN, Internal database, etc)
*Conducting interviews
*Presenting candidates to clients
*Attending clients meeting
*Contract Negotiations

Your profile:
*Motivated and self-driven profile
*Quick learner and curious by spirit
*Good time management and excellent presentation skills
*Interested in IT and Business
*A degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Economics, Business Management, Communication, International Relations)
*Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
