You may post to the Site, lawful information and only for purposes stated on the Site. You understand and agree that you will not, nor will you allow others, directly or indirectly, to: post a CV or resume which is not your own; post a CV or resume which contains incomplete, inaccurate or fallacious information; post or transmit any information which is illegal, threatening, abusive, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, libellous, defamatory, vulgar or obscene; post or transmit any information which could infringe or violate any party's copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy and any other proprietary right or that could constitute a criminal or civil offence; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or legal entity.
