Duties will include:
Advance hardware and software problem diagnosis
Replacement of faulty computer components (mainly desktops, laptops & monitors)
Installation/De-installation of PC Hardware
Writing incident documentation
Other ad-hoc duties associated with a role of this level
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience providing support on Windows 10/O365
General infrastructure understanding (networks, servers, AD etc)
Knowledge of basic LAN network cable management
Any experience with SCCM would be desirable
Good knowledge of diagnosis tools and processes
