My Client are looking for an experience Systems Administrator with ServiceNow experience. You will have provide SerivceNow configuration and customisation assistance which will include data imports, work flow administration and LDAP integration.
The following responsibilities will include;
To support ServiceNow discovery tool for CMDB
To assist management issues and troubleshooting patch
To create, modify and publish service catalogue work flow with confirmation.
The requirement for the role include;
ITIL foundation certification
Experience of IT Infrastructure Library and IT service management
Experience working with ServiceNow system administration
Preferred;
Certified ServiceNow Administrator
This role has a day rate of between £350 and £380 + a great benefits package
