Duties will include:
Day to day operations of the engagement in alignment to contractual obligations.
Responsible for SLA, cost, schedule, resource, knowledge and quality management.
Closely work with technical and business teams for implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Process ownership for service delivery processes
Work to ensure smoothly integrated service delivery Client, other IT suppliers, Third party Vendors etc
Proven track record in Service Delivery and Software Project management
Well versed (ideally certified) with ITIL
Managed services/technical support familiarity
