Requirements:
An impressive track record delivering projects, including budget management.
An in-depth understanding of project and programme management processes, practices and lifecycles - including Agile and Waterfall.
Outstanding leadership, people and communication skills. Influential and confident, inspiring a diverse team, building strong relationships and communicating technical information effectively to non-technical colleagues.
An excellent understanding of matrix management of resources and solid experience of working with matrix project teams, including external resources/third parties.
A solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, and web technologies.
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Ability to gather data and analyse information to inform decision making process. Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret management information at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast paced, environment.
Ability to negotiate, manage and influence 3rd party supplier relationships.
Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications
Experience of change management and of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience of risk management within an IT project context.
Evidence of being commercially astute
