The Surface Sales Operations position is responsible for leading, creating, streamlining and orchestrating processes across the Channel team. You will assist the team in the execution of the following areas:
- Development of highly scaled and efficient operational services and support
- Execution of core sales operational processes to support customer and partner
opportunities
- Providing business analytics and actionable insights that help the business make informed
decisions and that enable the business to realise opportunities for revenue growth and
efficiency improvements
- Build and develop local reports
- Drive enhancements to their core digital selling tools such as OCP, CRM, Power BI and
Excel reporting
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills to liaise with partners, customers and internal stakeholders
- Data Analysis or Sales Operations/Business Operations experience
