Sales and Ad Operations Account Executive

One of our client is looking for a Sales & Adoperations Account Executive for its Advertising Saleshouse department. You role will be to support the day to day operations of the advertising saleshouse, including to support the set up of new advertising Marketplace.
For the saleshouse activity, you will be supporting both the salesteams as the adoperations teams in the day-to-day campaign process of online advertising. You will get familiar with the basics of online advertising and learn about the digital advertising eco system. You will be part of the entire process from the request of the client for a proposal until the delivery and reporting of the advertising campaign.
For the New TV platform, the Account Executive will be a member of a small virtual team that operates as a lean, internal startup focused on launching a new national advertising marketplace to make tv ads targetable. You will join several meetings, follow up on to do's and manage retro planning for implementation.

Your tasks:

· Sales support: order management. Intake of briefings from customers (advertisers or media agencies), make proposals, create orders in our crm system and make internal briefing for campaign set up.
· Sales support: contact management and entering contact information in our crm
· Adops support:reception of internal briefings, planning management and campaign set up and follow up.
· Adops support: manage reporting of campaigns to clients
· Adops support: making orders, set up mediaplan and booking towards external publishers
· Market analysis and reporting
· Marketplace: Support and projectmanagement to set up the tv marketplace for broadcasters. Set up and follow up on a retroplanning for the project and manage the stakeholders. Support legal track to make contracts.

Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor degree or higher
· Experience in sales or product management in the media or communication sector is a plus
· Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing in Dutch and French
· Works well in a Team setting, Thrives in fast paced environment
Knowledge of HTML and Javascript is a plus
Important to be quick learner
