VOLT is seeking a motivated Recruitment Manager to start in our office in Brussels. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible of creating and maintaining a strong team that achieves pre-determined quarterly/annual targets and excellence in delivery to clients, meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements

Your part of the deal:
·To own the recruitment life-cycle for designated clients, ensuring that job requirements have been properly qualified and the needs of the client can be understood by delivery staff.
·To agree targets and objectives for team members on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly) and to ensure team targets and objectives are achieved.
·In conjunction with line manager to conduct probationary reviews and annual appraisals.
·To ensure necessary coaching, training and mentoring is undertaken for all team members.
·To ensure all new team members are properly inducted.
·To provide guidance and discipline when necessary.
·To compile and submit timely management reporting information on team activity and sales as requested.
·To produce team business plans.
·To undertake interviews with potential team members in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
·To ensure all administrative tasks within the team (e.g. contract completion, posting of requirements, sending of terms of business, recording of details on system etc.) are properly completed.
·To ensure the team delivery meets the expectations and SLA's of both internal and external customers.
·Career plan definition of team members.
·Recruitment process improvement.

·Clear understanding of fee and margin structures and the impact of increases and reductions on personal and company targets.
·Good understanding of Target Setting and a general understanding of Profit & Loss statements and Budgeting.
·Good awareness of the importance to the wider company of achieving pre-set goals and profitability.
·Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
