Do you have a passion for recruitment but prefer candidate sourcing to business development then this role would be ideal for you. You still have the opportunity to earn commission which has no threshold and is uncapped and also get to participate in lots of incentives.

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to expansion plans here at Volt a leading global recruitment company. Volt's Redhill office is part of a $1+ Billion operation with customers and offices all around the world. We have modern offices close to the train and bus station. Through winning several new contracts we have lots of vacancies to fill, both contract and permanent in a variety of sectors. They are exciting roles with companies who are household names.

The role
*You will be working on various roles mainly in the IT and Engineering sectors - both contract and permanent.
*You will have access to multiple job boards to help you find the right candidates for the role and a brilliant new tool SourceBreaker which searches multiple job boards at the same time and enables you to set up watchdogs so suitable candidates get emailed to you. We also have an extensive database of candidates.
*You'll be working as part of the Recruitment Team - a great group of people who are a mixture of age groups and experience. There is a vast amount of knowledge in the team, with someone ready to help you if you need it.
*We are looking for people with previous experience in recruitment. There is lots of scope for you to develop and you will be supported by our in-house training department and external trainers.

The rewards
There is an excellent uncapped commission scheme with Volt that has no threshold. You will also have the potential to gain an additional quarterly bonus for achieving your target.
