Provide office support to the EMEA Vice President and leadership team including:
·Schedule internal and external meetings
·Process expense reports
·Ensure policies and procedures are complaint
·Daily admin tasks
·Manage and take part in admin communities.
·Support regional event planning and execution
·Work with managers to align rhythm of the business
·Must have strong experience with Microsoft tools, including ability to use Excel.
·You will also need experience working within the technology industry
·Need event planning and admin support experience.
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
