You will be responsible for the day to running running of the office
Key skills required:
-Previous Administration Experience
-Excellent knowledge/application of Microsoft Office
-Intermediate Excel Skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to take direction quickly and effectively manage conflicting priorities
-High level of attention to detail, integrity and reliability
-Able to work proactively and autonomously with ease
-Demonstrate a can-do, accommodating attitude behaving with the up most of integrity
-An awareness and ability to react to all and any marketing initiatives.
-Social media skills would be an advantage.
You will be working alongside and liaising with building service engineers on a day to day basis so a strong character, personality and a great sense of humour is definitely essential for this role.
