VOLT is seeking an innovative & seasoned Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients, active in the financial industry in Belgium. The candidate will be implicated in multiple marketing, communication and event related projects some of them on cross boarder level.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or event management.


Your profile:


The focus of the mission will be:

*Maintain collateral and communication channels
* Ensure the content of communication channels on the website and on mobile devices
*Provide Webinar Workshops supports
*Prepare mailing campaigns
*Maintain the events calendar
*Keep contacts database up to date at all times
*Consolidate the collateral
*Vendor coordination via monthly newsletters, mailing
*Ensure the welcome pack reception
*Follow up on customer demands directly and gradually progress over time
*Ensure presence on events - banners, badges
*Management of catering partners
*Proactive
*Innovative
