ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Coordinating campaigns (like Black Friday and Spring Sales) from a Site Merchandising team perspective with other key stakeholders.
·Liaising with stakeholders and coordinating updates within Software categories.
·Working with the other members of the Site Merchandising team to provide feedback on processes and systems to the Operational Excellence Lead.
·Periodic performance analysis and sharing of insights.
·Planning and analysing the effect of different sales strategies on the site and comparing with results from other regions.
·Managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
·Supporting the overall site vision and ensuring a quality customer experience, while focusing on project goals and delivery dates.
Providing clear communication to stakeholders.
39 hour working week - flexible on timing. Need to be in the office at least Monday to Thursday during business hours to assist with training during first few months.
Liaising with stakeholders to agree on site updates, Planning the updates, requesting imagery, localised text, executing site updates, reporting on them.
Fortnightly 1-1 for 30 minutes, ability to ask questions daily with sponsor.
Exposure to leadership roles within the Online Stores Organisation - helping to develop of presentation and communication skills with management level stakeholders.
39 hours per week, but flexible on timing after initial training period.
Can work in London or Dublin
