The infrastructure team is responsible to manage, operate and support IT and broadcast systems.
As IT System Engineer you bring expertise and a hands-on approach for implementing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. The team has ambitious targets to improve service availability and realize multiple projects.

·Resolve IT system and TV application support requests and perform in-depth system maintenance
·Follow and apply proactive maintenance for preventing equipment and system failure
·Maintaining infrastructure documentation and best practices
·Interact with any other departments where needed
·Support project management team on planning, implementation, procedures, documentation
·Identify, track and resolve current and potential faults within the monitoring and control systems with an understanding of the various devices
·Test, validate and install required maintenance releases and patches on servers and applications
·Report to management of ongoing issues, project activities and progress

Skills and experience:
·+1 years of IT Engineering experience
·You passed successfully at least 1 IT certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Linux)
·You are born troubleshooter and for helping others
·Strong administrative, prioritization and organizational skills
·Knowledge with IT services such Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, SCCM, GPO
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and be competent in reacting quickly
·Knowledge about incident and change management processes (ITILv3) and other management systems
