Key accountabilities:
Supports business to shape and influence people solution (particularly where it relates to TUPE/ARD)
Provides leadership and direction on the HR components of services sales opportunities
Facilitates communication and knowledge sharing across internal teams/stakeholders
Participate in and represent HR in the deal governance process
Provide HR input into RFI/RFP responses
Other duties as required
