Roles & responsibilities
*Effectively transforming client requirements into concepts and powerful design that works across both print and digital.
*Collaborating and contributing to the creative process.
*Contributing to brainstorming sessions and ideation for campaign concepts as well as working on day-to-day production of ads, reports and digital assets etc
*Creating infographics and diagrams
*Proofreading, making changes and ensuring correct formatting to all documents accurately and efficiently
*Ensuring that brand identity standards are adhered to
Background and experience
*Have a proven track record (minimum of four years) of design in an in-house agency or agency environment.
*Have exceptional conceptual and creative abilities.
*Understand how to deliver brand experience across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines.
*Have an understanding of digital design and production process.
*Have excellent written and spoken English.
*Be confident in presentations, articulating views with fully thought through arguments.
*Know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of After Effects would be a bonus but is not required.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
*PowerPoint presentation skills a plus
*Intuition for combining copy and design
*Excellent attention to detail
*Copy-writing skills desirable
*Superb communication, interpersonal and conceptual skills
*Positive, energised and confident
*Self-motivated and proactive
