·Continuously learn new technologies
·Design, Implement and manage Skype for business.
·A strong knowledge of Office 365 Skype for business
·Face to face customer service skills
·Previous experience of migration from previous versions or third party systems.
·Experience with troubleshooting
·Experience of disaster recovery
