·Provide guidance to customers through webinars
·Assist customers with trouble shooting and resolving problems
·Create and deliver presentations and training
·Continuously learn new technologies
·Design, Implement and manage Exchange Server
·A strong knowledge of Office 365 Exchange
·Face to face customer service skills
·Previous experience of migration from previous versions or third party systems.
·Experience with troubleshooting and disaster recovery
This position will be home based with travel to customer sites and travel to the Reading office once a month.
