The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced business analyst (3 years +) that can offer a strong level of technical exposure which may have been gained from previous programming or development roles, having then transitioned into the role of business analyst.
The requirement of digital and onboarding experience will point toward previous banking experience, although similar industry experience will be considered; as would Fintech experience in similar start-up organisations.
Domain Experience Summary
*Strong experience in digital onboarding within the retail and small/medium enterprise business sectors
*Exposure to micro-service platform architectures and ability to work with technical specification i.e. API Contracts, Back-end services, REST API's
*Ability to work with technical design artefacts/documentation
*Expertise in credit origination, identity verification and lifecycle management across retail products
*Knowledge of strategic onboarding and account opening processes
*Understanding of KYB, KYC, Risk and Regulation involved within onboarding
*Integration and use of 3rd party providers to collaborate and support services
