As a Technical Manager, you will heavily contribute to the formulation of Architectural standards and Operational processes relevant to your team and remit.

Significant experience of developing and managing Application stack of Java, Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat in a previous role.
Strong Java application design and development experience.
Very strong knowledge of operational concerns such as Application monitoring, mean time to recovery, capacity & performance.
Strong Linux Operating system knowledge.
Deep understanding of engineering principles, DevOps with strong bias to automate.
Past experience of working in or very closely with Infrastructure, Operations, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering teams.
Exposure to developing and operating in either public or private cloud environments and associated technologies such as Azure/GPC services, Kubernetes, Openstack, chef.
