This position will be responsible for providing operational support to customers. Operational support will include but not be limited to troubleshooting through to resolution of 1st line faults on all Data Centre Products. This role will involve shift work and will include both day and night shifts.
Candidates for this role will need to have previous experience working in Data Centre environments, providing 1st line support via a ticketing system.
