Senior Customer Success Manager - (12 month initial contract) - London/ Reading Based

I am currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for a long term contract that will run till June 2020. They are looking for someone who will be able to drive successful adoption and expansion of Surface Devices within the selected accounts.

This role will involve:

  • Being accountable to drive seamless end-user roll-out of Surface devices through the creation and execution of a thorough and action orientated roll-out plan.

  • Leverage deep technical expertise to help the customer apply their existing IT Infrastructure to the Surface devices.

  • Build strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers.

  • Creating value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes.

 

You must have the following experience:

  • Windows 10 and hardware deployment experience

  • Extensive sales and business development experience

  • Experience in hardware


This role is paying up to £80,000 a year depending on experience as they're open to people of all levels of experience.
