·Build a "success plan" with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
·Be accountable to drive seamless end-user rollout of Technical devices through the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented rollout plan.
·Be a single point of escalation for customers in their post purchase experience.
·Leverage deep technical expertise to help the customer apply their existing IT infrastructure to the devices.
·Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships.
·Build/maintain channel of communication to customer in preparation of urgent escalations.
·Own customer escalations around post sale care & deployment.

·Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations
·Passion for technology and what it can do to enhance the experience and lives of end users
·2+ years of experience in training end users on hardware and productivity
·Experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, or Manufacturing & Distribution industries.
·Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Works cohesively with members of the sales marketing & partner teams to solve customer and partner issues
·Travel up to 4 days a week across the UK.
