Do you fancy working for a company that is designing the future of money, re imagining the customer experience and obsessing about how to improve people's daily lives and make things better. That are building a universal platform built on open banking principles that are constantly evolving to deliver better, more personal, experiences for everyone.

If so, such a company is looking for a Business Analyst with experience of CRM Implementations to join them on a permanent basis.

The full specification is below but the following are key areas:

* The key here is that the candidate has worked across CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementations
* Most will have Salesforce exposure but we are also looking for somebody that can apply a company agnostic CRM lens on things. So anything other than Salesforce i.e. Microsoft Dynamics
* There will be an element of technical focus in this role and so mentions around API specs, digital modelling, CRM configuration are all good things to have
* Banking experience is preferred, but a really good CRM BA without banking is also considered.

* Collaborate across the design function and product ownership to shape the roadmap design, understanding the feature and epic level breakdown to inform the product backlog
* Produce supporting journey artefacts such as process flows, sequencing diagrams and context models to assist in the wider understanding of the feature to be delivered
* Inform the technical and business landscape models to ensure that a joined up end-to-end design pattern can be maintained

* Gather functional, non-functional and technical requirements, being able to translate these into meaningful user stories complete with acceptance criteria
* Identify relational elements of cross-team requirements, ensuring dependencies are managed
* Apply industry best practice across the user story composition to maintain a workable standard
* Be proficient in splitting deliverables using a typical 'feature-epic-story' hierarchy
* Be the champion of 'Refinement' and responsible for ensuring stories adhere to the 10x Definition of Ready (DoR)
* Identify and engage with 3rd party services that may enhance the 10x platform, working across Partnerships and Technology teams as appropriate
* Facilitate SME discussions, applying domain specific knowledge where required

* Collaborate across the development team, assisting with story completion and being an ambassador of adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD)
* Support in the preparation of iterative reviews of the developed functionality
* Work in tandem across the full programme to support in the delivery of the 10x proposition

Essential skills/experience

* Business analysis, problem solving, issue tracking and resolution
