CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST - FINANCIAL SYSTEMS - SAP

A Pharmaceutical company based in Surrey has the opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Analyst with knowledge of Financial Systems (ideally SAP) on a contract basis.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement and the Regional Process Owners in developing standardised processes, monitoring process effectiveness and improving the performance of the organisation to meet the agreed goals related to quality, productivity and efficiency.

Specifically:

* Participate in development and delivery of implementation of standard processes
* Assist in monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of the processes via dashboards, KPIs, surveys and audit reports
* Deliver continuous improvement of the standard processes (including Master Data)
* Support planning and execution of changes in services provided by EMEA Business Services
* Assist in defining and communicating process controls in EMEA, support a culture of compliance

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

* Knowledge of financial systems is essential, experience of using SAP is preferable
* Proven experience in process improvements and project delivery, formal qualification is an advantage ( PMP, Prince 2 etc.)
* Knowledge of process improvement methodology, formal qualification is preferable e.g. Six Sigma, Lean digital
* Change management experience
* Problem solving skills
* Experience of working across multiple sites and nationalities
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
* Shared services experience is an advantage
* Excel and Power point Intermediate
