Key responsibilities in the role include:

Preparing cost estimates / models

Bill of Quotations / Bill of Materials

Analysing profitability of tenders

Reporting

Assisting with budget models

Project Cost evaluations
Applicants must have experience working as a Cost Estimator / Construction Estimator / Cost Engineer. 2+ years within a similar role would be ideal.
