My client a global technology company are looking for a Commercial Business Sales Manager to join their team in London on an 18 month contract.

You will be joining a team that strives to deliver a world class experience for their commercial customers, particularly small to medium businesses. The teams focus is on 3 core priorities:

- Creating the best shopping and product usage experiences
- Engaging the customers
- Continually improve the business with better data and execution

Your responsibilities will include:

- Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements that will deliver increased
customer satisfaction
- Manage the rhythm of the business with the customer service and support team by leading
pipeline reviews, coaching the sales process and acting as the point of escalation
- Identify and nurture new customer opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner to various sales teams to land large deals

Skills required:

- Sales experience (Preferably technology)
- Data Insight skills: Previous experience using Power BI/Excel/CRM
- Excellent communication skills
