Volt are partnered with a global CRO who are currently seeking a successful Business Development Director to join their growing Genomics Team in Europe.
You will be tasked with winning business through the use of a consultative selling style, to meet needs of their Clients genomics need.
They are looking for a home based Business Development Director anywhere in Europe, ideally near an international airport. The successful candidate will need bring strong understanding of Genomics and its application in drug development.
Furthermore the candidate will be able to demonstrate;
*Adaptable style to be able to approach different audiences both internally and externally
*History of presenting to executives of global organisations
*Mixture of hunting and farming from existing accounts
*Experience in prospecting, building a sales pipeline, making detailed proposals to customers and closing deals
*Experience of selling complex, service based products to a sophisticated customer base.
