My client in The City of London are seeking a Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead them through a period significant growth
Responsibilities:

Lead mergers and acquisitions(M&A), management agreements. Investment proposals, best pricing and terms to close deals

Develop & implement proposals to establish new operating platforms

Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analysing financial returns and performance for investments and management service deals

Conduct market reviews

Prepare management reporting, budget preparations & board meetings
Experience Required:

Business, Finance or Real Estate degree

A demonstrated knowledge of the Real Estate market (EU)
