I am ideally looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to join the clients Power Business where you will learn their projects and grow the role to a point where you have technical oversight over multiple projects. Main responsibilities include capturing, understanding and documenting the customers system requirements, update power distribution systems architectures in co-operation with manufactures.
Creating and updating system designs for implementation in electronic hardware and software, creating, updating and performing system tests, participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews, experience of RTCA DO-178B/C SAE ARP4754A or similar rigorous development standard, and contribute to the business systems engineering technical strategy.
Key skills & Responsibilities:
*Previous experience in an automotive, aerospace, aviation, or similar embedded systems development environment
*Experience of the systems design lifecycle
*An appropriate degree or HND in Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Physics, or similar subject or equivalent experience.
*Experience of requirements gathering and validation from the customer
*Knowledge and experience of creating and performing systems tests
*An understanding of software and /or hardware engineering
*Excellent problem solving and solution building skills
